BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read the following before making a booking:
 
BOOKING
  • Once we receive your booking form, we will confirm your booking by email.
    A booking does not automatically mean we can give you the day and time you asked for.
    If you do not hear from us within48 hours, please call us on 1300 733 585 or email info@battlefun.com
  • DO NOT send out any invitations or make a deposit before receiving confirmation from us. This is very important!
  • This is a reservation only and does not guarantee you a place in any session nor does it place you under any obligation until such time as a deposit is paid.
DEPOSIT
  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your booking after it has been confirmed by the office. Please indicate if you require a receipt. We accept Visa/Master Card or Direct Wire transfer to our Bank Account. For your own security, please DO NOT send your credit card details by email or as attachment.
SESSION
  • The start time indicates when the registration starts. It is NOT when the game starts. Session length varies. Day time session duration is 3 hours. Night time session duration is 2 hours. Sessions include the following: registration, uniform fittings, safety briefings, security, equipment distribution and setup, debriefings and some short breaks. A session will have at least 3 games (shorter missions for night games). The length of each games and corresponding breaks may vary depending on the number of players and the field conditions.
  • In a very rare circumstances, Session Time & Date maybe rescheduled according to site availability.
  • Some popular sizes of BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) may run out and some types of weapons may not be available to everyone during busy periods.
  • On some sites parking can be very full but nearby off-street parking is available.
  • A limited number of tables and chairs/benches are usually available on site but depending on the field you choose, you may not be able to move them around or they may not be available to you due to other activities on the site. For your convenience, we can provide you at a reasonable cost the following: BBQ and tools, some tents, portable tables and foldable chairs, some light snacks and drinks. These seem to be very popular so please make sure you book this early.
  • Some sites do not allow pets and on others restrictions apply. Please make sure you read these rules and conditions when choosing the site.
