| Despite the name “laser skirmish” there are actually no lasers used. The use of the word 'laser' is simply a marketing term. Instead of shining visible light, the units emit invisible, harmless infrared light, just like the infrared used in many TV remote controls. Infrared laser diodes and light-emitting diodes (also known as LEDs or IREDs) are widely used in displays and in TV remote control systems, and in toys. These LEDs are basically small light bulbs or flashlights. |

| The recommended minimum playing age is 12 years. Younger children can play if accompanied by an adult and remain supervised at all times. |

| A session is 3 hours long including registration, uniform fittings, briefings, equipment setup, debriefings and short breaks. A session will have at least 3 games. The length of each games and breaks may vary depending on the number of players and the field conditions. |

A registration form (membership form) will need to be completed for each player. The form must be signed and witnessed by an adult or guardian if participant is under 18. The form can be downloaded here. Hand these completed forms in to the staff when you arrive on the field.
Pre-pay the balance of your booking using the Deposit Form or pay on the field. We accept cash or credit cards (VISA or Master Card) only. Personal cheques and money order are not accepted. If you are the organiser of your group, you will be responsible for collecting all completed Registration Forms and payments. This will save time and enable the game to start on time.

A camouflage coverall is provided. Please note that some popular sizes might run out and uniforms may not always be available. We recommend you wear comfortable clothes that can be worn underneath. You may wear your own clothes or uniform, providing covered sport shoes and long pants are included. We provide special hats to all players for team designation and to mount the sensors on.
We recommend that you bring sunscreen and insect repellent.
Please wear closed sport shoes and tight sport socks. This is especially helpful to protect your legs and ankles from leeches which are sometimes found in the wet area. |

| You get to use the latest technology Laser-Skirmish weapons. We lend you a full camouflage long sleeve outfit, subject to availability (this uniform and hat will remain the property of Laser Skirmish Sydney), and massive amounts of ammunition. No paint or ammunition needs to be purchased. The price is the same regardless of weapon used. |

| We play, unless there is a thunderstorm with lightning. We reserve the right to cancel a session due to weather conditions or safety reasons. If we have to abandon play, we will reschedule the game to the next available session. We have a limited supply of camouflage rain coats. |

| Drinks (soft drinks and bottled water) are available for purchase on site. You are welcome to bring your own. If you need catering or just a BBQ hire, please discuss at the time of your booking. Click here to see our catering menu (not available in all sites). Catering must be ordered 2 weeks prior the session day and will require non-refundable full payment. There are some tables and chairs you can use subject to availability. Please help us to keep the place clean when you finish and put all rubbish in the bin provided. |

| Please don't take any valuables to the field when you play. We hold no responsibility for missing items. When you finish playing, always check the camouflage uniform's pockets before you drop it in the laundry bag. |

| Priority will be given to people who have made a booking and paid the deposit. We will accomodate extra people provided there are spots available after all paid bookings have been registered. |
