| ARRIVAL |
| Please arrive 5 minutes before the requested time and always park in the designated area. |
| Once you arrive on the site, please observe the signs. |
| Do not unpack or set up picnic gear until you have reported to the Field Commander. |

| 10 AM / 1PM |
- Upon arrival please go immediately to the Registration Desk.
- Ask for registration form. Every player needs to sign a form.
- Make payment (less deposit) for your group.
- Uniforms will then be distributed to your group.

| 10.30 AM/1.30 PM |
- Safety briefing and field rules.
- Guns are handed out. Please make sure you sign-out your gun in the red book and remember your gun number. Swapping guns is not allowed on the field.
- First Mission briefing.
- Players will descend into the battlefield for the first game.
- At the end of the first game, debrief of first mission is conducted on the battlefield.

| 11.00 AM/2.00 PM |
- Players return to home base for an opportunity to change guns (subject to availability).
- This is followed by first break where you can provide them with drinks and food. This is the only time available for birthday cake and drinks.

| 11.15 AM/2.15 PM |
- Players will descend into the battlefield for the 2nd and 3rd games. These two games are back to back and normally players do no return to the briefing area until both games are finished.
- 2nd and 3rd briefing are conducted on the field so players can see the boundaries and target.
- Debrief of 2nd and 3rd missions are conducted on field at the end of each game.

- End of game. Players return to home base.
- Guns are returned to the registration desk. Please make sure you sign-in your gun.
- Camouflage gear is returned and placed in the laundry bag provided.
